Prayer and Peace

Peace

Throughout the Bible, people are asked to pray to keep their connection to God. Do you pray daily for peace? I do and want to encourage you to get the same benefits too.  I feel that prayer is a conversation, a connection between God and me, and we’ve been talking for a long time. In fact, I don’t know what I’d do without the comfort of my relationship to God!

The dictionary says that PRAYER means:

  • a solemn request for help or expression of thanks addressed to God or an object of worship.
  • a religious service, especially a regular one, at which people gather in order to pray together.
  • an earnest hope or wish.

What does Prayer mean to you?

Personally, I see God fully expressed everywhere – and in everyone. And I am so glad that I discovered the miracles of praying interactively through art and journaling as well as my silent or spoken prayers.  It brings my prayers to life and grounds them into reality faster. My devotion is inspired and expressed in many different ways- sometimes I make a collage, color a prayer card or work with my new book, Prayer Is Good- A Path From Grief To Peace.

Everything that has happened in my life has been a prayer, but I wasn’t always aware of that fact. In hindsight, all the parts of my journey, including the death of my younger sister, provided me with the platform to do what I do today. I love helping inspire people to pray in their own way- and create their own personal relationship with God. Nothing could be more precious!

I hope to connect with you here or on Facebook where we can support each other in prayer to gain peace.
